Welcome to Ayos Mo ’To, a platform connecting Filipino customers with trusted local service providers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ayosmoto.com ("Website" or "Platform").

By registering or using this Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Ayos Mo ’To is an online platform that:

  • Allows individuals or businesses to post and browse local services.
  • Connects service seekers (“Employers”) with service providers (“Freelancers”).
  • Offers an optional monthly subscription for access to private messaging features.

We do not charge commission fees on bookings or transactions made through the platform.

2. User Roles

Upon registration, users must select one of the following roles:

  • Freelancer: Offers services through the platform.
  • Employer: Searches and hires freelancers for tasks or projects.

Each account is limited to one role at a time unless upgraded through the system.

3. Subscriptions and Messaging Access

Access to the platform's private messaging feature requires an active subscription:

  • Subscription Fee: ₱50.00 per month
  • Access Includes: Ability to message service providers directly
  • Non-subscribers may browse services but cannot contact freelancers directly via the messaging system.

The subscription fee is non-refundable and automatically renews unless canceled.

4. No Booking or Commission Fees

Ayos Mo ’To does not charge any commission or fees on transactions between users. All arrangements, pricing, payments, and agreements are handled directly between Employers and Freelancers.

We are not responsible for disputes arising from these agreements.

5. Prohibited Use & Platform Integrity

Users agree not to:

  • Circumvent the messaging feature to avoid the subscription fee
  • Exchange personal contact info for off-platform transactions
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. User Responsibility

All users are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information they post
  • The legality and quality of the services they offer or hire
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

7. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed securely via our integrated payment providers (e.g. Xendit, GCash). We do not store your payment information on our servers.

8. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Attempt to defraud the platform or other users
  • Engage in harmful off-platform dealings

10. Limitation of Liability

Ayos Mo ’To is not liable for:

  • Any dispute between users
  • Damages from work performed or not performed
  • Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or on the site.
